Events

Come party with us Monday, July 24th (rain date 25th) and enjoy the rockin’ sounds of The Groove at the Rotary Pavilion 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The Groove is New England's most dynamic dance cover band, performing a variety of hits from the 70s to today. The Groove strives to recreate the sound and feel of the artists’ recordings, sometimes utilizing up to three keyboards at a time, producing a full sound with all of the little nuances. From Stevie Wonder to Adele, Donna Summer to Pink, there’s a song for any age that will surely get you to...... “Move to The Groove”. So grab a chair, come listen to great music, and do a little summer time dancin’ (it’s good for the soul!)

AND YOU CAN GET DINNER TOO: We will be selling food and raffles at the concert beginning at 5:00. We will have slices of Pizza, Popcorn, Water, and Soda, so bring the whole family, your friends, heck, bring the neighbors too!

See you at the Pavilion, July 24th!

WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING VOLUNTEERS FOR SEVERAL COMMITTEES; both administrative and events. If you are interested in volunteering for any of the following, please contact Kandi Kukas at kjkukas@gmail.com

Publicity Committee - this committee would publicize not just social activities but all the good works done through the Parish. Great things are done throughout our community, but unless they are publicized through all different media (cable, newspapers, Facebook, website, bulletin inserts and weekly alter announcements, email, Twitter) not everyone knows what is taking place. 4 volunteers for this work out well.

Welcoming Committee -these volunteers would assist with coffee and donuts after mass, reach out to new families and parishioners joining the parish, and welcome people as they come into Mass each week. The more volunteers on this committee the better!

Hospitality Committee – This group would help cook, and set up for various get-togethers / meetings both in the rectory meeting room and in the hall. If you love to cook, bake and set a beautiful table, this could be your ministry!

All are welcome to participate and volunteer!! Thank you

IF YOU ARE HAVE ANY OTHER IDEAS FOR EVENTS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN DEVELOPING, PLEASE CONTACT ME! WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR NEW EXCITING ACTIVITIES FOR THE PARISH!

Thanks, Kandi
